if I want to make reservations somewhere around the time of fireworks. What time would you make the reservations and where ? We don't want to waste time but want a nice viewing area where we can sit and relax. If anyone has other places, please share. Thinking about the dessert party at the terrace
Thank you

Tomorrowland Terrace it quick service so they don't do reservations I don't think. I assume that they close during the Fireworks for the Dessert Party, but I am not sure about that as I have never been.

Are you looking for dinner or just dessert? You might want to try Liberty Tree Tavern or The Plaza for dinner about two hours before fireworks (if not earlier). You can then find a spot in front of the castle to watch. The only spot where you can eat and watch would be the dessert party (unless you do counter service and bring it to where ever you sit for fireworks).

Now, if you're looking for actual dinner with a fireworks view, I usually say go for Cali Grill or Narcoosee's. We've found Cali Grill is often running behind. We usually aim for an 8pm ADR if Wishes is at 10 and we're planning on drinks and apps/entrees/dessert. Mind you, you can dine there earlier and they will let you return later to view or if you have a later ADR, you can still go out to the viewing deck to watch before you're seated. With Narcoosee's, I've pushed it to around a 9pm ADR with Wishes at 10pm and been fine. No guarantees of the perfect table for either one, but you can always go outside to watch and then return for your meal.

The dessert party in MK is also an option and you could eat dinner anywhere beforehand, as long as you're there in time to check in for the party. I think they 'may' be opening up the area next to the terrace to watch (for party guests), which is a much better spot, but when we did it...we watched from within the terrace and all party guests crowded the railing come time for Wishes.

I was going to say Cali Grill too, we always go there for Dinner followed by Fireworks. @TiggerTrigger is right though, you'll need to reserve about 2 hours before the start of the fireworks. :tink:

This year though I'm going to try 'Ohana and then watch the fireworks from the Poly beach, which actually might work out well as we are a bit unsure how our son is going to be around fireworks (fingers crossed with the music and the distance he loves it).

If it's in park I think, to get a view of the fireworks with food, that is not the dessert party, you would probably need to eat at a QS like Casey's corner and just pray you get lucky and get a good outside seat.

(well that's if the set up is still like I remember, haven't been for nearly two years so with the new additions not sure of the lay out)
