Fireworks at Magic Kingdom

I need some info please. We are going to WDW the first of February and I was wondering when the fireworks (Wishes) started. Everything I have seen says 9 PM, but I have also read that they start earlier due to it getting dark early that time of year.

We are going the first week in Feb also and I am very happy to tell you that Wishes starts at 8pm. We didn't get to see Wishes at all on our last trip in Oct because they started at 9pm (too late for my kiddos).

Thanks so much, I was worried they started earlier than that and we were going to miss them because we have reservations at Chef Mickeys at 5:40 that day. Thanks....
