Fireworks and parade at Mk in October

I just thought of one other question I have for you. If I only have the MNSSHP hard ticket will I even get FP+? I know you said that they do not have them past 7:00pm but would you need a regular park ticket to get FP+ ?

If you really want to watch the fireworks from Main St, you would need to be there no later than 8:45pm once the parade has finished. People really start to pack Main St and most people haven't moved from their spot for the parade. The fireworks are designed to be watching from the front of the castle. Personally, we don't find it a big deal. We watch it from Fantasyland and it's always much quieter from here. Main St is just so packed from the parade, the Villains Mix and Mingle and and the fireworks.

We've been to three MNSSHP in the last two years, and we've NEVER waited for the fireworks starting that early. They're fireworks! We usually walk up and find a place a few minutes before they start. IMO, there's no reason to cram in that early...you're going to get crammed in no matter what, so why subject yourself to an hour+ of it when you don't have to?

No. No FP+ with party ticket only. You would have to have a park ticket.

We used FP+ with party tickets last year but things are different now. We could schedule 3 from 4pm to 7pm. I don't know if that has changed.

Could you still see the castle change colors pretty well? I would like to try and see it. You know the old saying, "when in Rome......."
