Firework displays in November.

When we went to Disney in 2001, we went in July/ August. The firework displays at the end of each evening we a real highlight for us. This year we are going in November. Although we are looking forward to less of the wet stuff, cooler temps and smaller queues, we were wondering if anyone has an opinion as to whether the earlier closing times of the parks spoil the day and are there likely to be any firework displays other than on Halloween nights? Thanks.
