Firefox users not able to make ADR's, right?

Is anyone that uses firefox able to make online ADRs? I haven't been able to since last week when I updated firefox. The WDW website says they support firefox 3, but the newest version is firefox 5. Maybe we should all call technical support and try to get them to update their site? Would this work or am I totally off?

I uninstalled Firefox 5 due to multiple incompatibility issues and went back to 4.

I just made one this morning. I am on Firefox 4.0.1 - haven't upgraded yet.

I tried to uninstall the 5.0 version and then download the 4.0 version, but I don't see that option. I google Firefox 4.0, hit install and it automatically installes the later 5.0 version. Am I doing something wrong?

Make sure you're downloading Firefox 4. The Firefox webpage makes it a little hard to find 4 and not download 5. It's there, I just installed 4 over 5 a few days ago.

Yes, I saw and responded to this thread. My purpose of this new thread was to get all firefox 5 users to contact Disney to make them aware of the issue. I just sent an e-mail to them and hope that they will work on it soon! I just figured if we all contact them, maybe they will hurry up and get things fixed!

Its not a Disney issue, its a Firefox issue. They released 5 without consideration. The security measures that 5 uses makes multiple websites useless. I finally uninstalled it when I realized I couldn't access more of the websites I visit regualrly without problem than could.

Oh, okay. I assumed it was a Disney issue since their website says they support firefox 3.

Do you know how I uninstall 5 and reinstall a previous version? Honestly, I'm not very computer savvy!

It doesn't look like Firefox is keeping 4.0 on their website. You can revert back to 3.6 here

Yes, Jen is right. I just uninstalled 5 and installed 3.6 and now it's working.

Thanks for this thread though - I definitely won't install 5 now that I read all this!

(and my Mac experts recommended not installing the latest OS upgrade for that either - these companies need better QC or something).

I've had no issues with the latest Mac OSX... Firefox is usually very good about their updates, but 5 just stinks. I filled out oodles of forms to report problems, finally what made me go back to 4 was the lack of Google Toolbar in 5. I know, silly, but it's just so much easier to have it when my life exists on Google!
BTW, if you are computer savvy, Firefox 4 is available out there on other websites or buried on the Mozilla website, but requires a bit more computer know how.

Oh! I thought it was just me! My computers tend to be wonky, as a rule of thumb, lol.

I've been using IE when I need to search for ADRs.

I also cant book adr's while using Firefox 5. That stinks!!! But i do have internet explorer as well and just use that. It works fine. Although i think i still might downgrade to 3.6!!! Thanks guys!

Everyone who is having issues with Firefox, please email them and tell them that there are issues with 5!
