Fire & Ice Manicure Pedicure combo discount?

So on our upcoming Treasure cruise, my DH, DS, and I all wanted to do the Fire & Ice Mani-Pedi combo together. When booking activities, I was only able to get one combo booked, but I was able to book the Pedicure and Manicure separately for the same times as the combo. I'm not sure why the combo wasn't offered when I was able to book the Pedicure and Manicure back-to-back at the same time as the combo was booked, and they're all the same length of time. Has anyone been able to book them back-to-back and then be able to get the Salon to give the combo discount (which is $20 off)?

It might be an app glitch. No one here can tell you for sure what the cast members will tell you, but it seems reasonable to think they'd be able to give you the combo price for all three.
