Very close! You're missing a close quote after .JPG. You might want to also use height="200" rather than width as that is the larger of the dimensions of the image.

You can't use width= or height= with the vB Code tags; i.e. &#91img], etc. You have to stick with the HTML tags; i.e. &ltimg, etc.
 
What about this? Do either of these look any better?

Actually the one currently in your signature doesn't meet the guidelines. It is up to two pieces of art (image or clipart), neither with a dimension over 200 and not more than a total of 30K bytes. The one picture you have right now is 2 1/2 times that size in bytes. The first one that I've posted above, falls within the guidelines. The second one, I'd have to work on a bit more.
