Finding which points are banked

I haven't really had to pay attention in the past, but points are stacking up a bit these days.

Is there a good way to find out how many of your available points are banked from a previous year?
I cannot find any way to do that on the DVC website.

I always looked under my vacation points under the My DVC tab.

I wish the point status was broken down better than it is on the site. There's the transaction history, which is pretty complicated to read.

If your overview on your dashboard says you have 100 points, but only 80 are bankable, you probably have 20 banked points (or you borrowed some and now you can't bank them).

I asked a similar question under miscellaneous. I know in the past I read on here a way you could check your reservations to find the banked points and move them to the reservation you want them in, without cancelling and taking a chance on losing your reservation. It was brilliant. I wish I could find it again. Hopefully someone who knows how will see this and tell us. I would rather not involve member services.

I answered in the other one, but you can’t move them around while they are still in a reservation. If you cancel one, then you simply modify the other and it will now use the banked points and free up the other.
