Has anyone here ever seen a subsidized Vero Beach Resort contract for sale?

I know this comment is old but the thread got bumped - and there’s a subsidized Vero contract for sale right now. I don’t think I’m allowed to link? It’s on a major site though.

We don’t allow people to share actual listing, even from brokers who are allowed

Reason is we don’t allow For Sale Posfs and there is simply no way of knowing if the person sharing is the owner of that contract

So, thank you for not sharing more info.
