finding reservations online

i know this question has been asked previously but i couldn't find the thread. i'm unable to find our reservations online when i enter our reservation info. i received the invoice, also tried to follow the linking instructions, but site still not showing our reservation information. suggestions?

Assuming you are talking about the new website, you probably already know they are working out the kinks still. BUT, I found that my dining reservations found there way over on their own "magically"

The resort one still wasn't showing up UNTIL (while logged in) I switched the tab from my name to "my family" in the drop down and VOILA! All of my resort and dining reservations show under that. It's worth a shot if you haven't tried that.

when i initially went into site, was using mozilla firefox. i went into site using IE and found all my reservations. hope this helps others!
