Finding out our dining rotation in advance...

I was wondering if there was someplace I could find out our dining rotation in advance. Or is this something Disney assigns closer to embarkation? I want to book adult dining for both Remy and Palo, but I also do not want to miss the special night at animators palate. We will be on the 7-night fantasy cruise itinerary A eastern Caribbean starting on September 12, 2015.

Unfortunately DCL does not assign rotations until closer to sailing and guests do not find out their rotation until they check in at the terminal (it is shown on your KTTW card).

You can request a specific rotation in advance but it is just a request.

You could look at some past Navigators for your itinerary and judge which night would be best to book Palo/Remo.

If you request a dining rotation you will most probably be given that rotation. I would go that route and work around the rotation you requested.

I've been on 4 DCL cruises, and requested a specific rotation after the first one and received it every time! I agree....it does help in planning Palo & Remy.

I too would request a dining rotation. I call and talk to a human being they can tell you when the formal and semi formal nights are as well so you can plan when you want to schedule Palo or Remy. Good Luck!

Call DCL. Either yourself or your TA (if you used one).

Yeah, I requested one over a year ago when I booked. I called again recently and asked if it was still assigned. It was.

Simply call DCL. The rep will give you the dining rotation options. You can then put in a request for your fave. It is only a "request" - but as for me I have always gotten my request. We like to have our formal night in the "fancier" restaurant of the ship we are sailing on. . Good luck! (I use a TA, and I still call DCL directly about a month prior to our cruise, and get this taken care of. NEVER an issue)
