Finding out how many days left on ticket

I know there used to be a number you could call to find out if you had any days left on tickets, does anyone know if that is still available. If not, can I check the tickets at the T&T center? We are only going for one day, so I don't want to have to be in the park to check the ticket. Thanks for any help

The number has been discontinued, but you can check the ticket balance at Guest Relations at any of the parks, the TTC and at the front desk of any resort.

No place to do it beforehand -- now you can only check at the resorts, TTC or the parks.
