Finding out about ride closings?

I was wondering... where do you look to find out if any attraction/ride will be closed for renovations?

We are going the first week of October and would love to know!

Go to www.disneyworld.com and follow the links... or call (407) WDW-INFO, which is Disney World information.

Hope not too much is in rehab during your trip. Have a great time!

The "official" WDW web site has a link for refurbishments, just to parks then select a park the link is toward the middle of that page.
Although as you may have seen on many other threads the updates on refurbishments is not always timely.
Rumors fly fast and furious well before Disney posts anything official.
From what I've heard they sometimes don't post until a wk or 2 prior.

Oh, bummer! I just read that Big Thunder Mtn RR is going to be closed for renovations!!!!! My 6 yr old DS was so siked for that ride!

Oh, well... I am sure we will find plenty of other things to do.. being that it is his first time at WDW!!!
