Finding out a Character Actor's real name?!?

I had THE MOST AMAZING experience meeting Rapunzel last night!! Seriously, I almost cried it was the great. I wanted to send an email or fill out a card to let the big wigs know that she did an incredible job making me, an adult, feel so special and like a real friend. Is there anyways I can find out her name by asking them or do they keep that information discreet for keeping up the character purposes. (Silly question, I know but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.) I have an awesome video and of course pictures if that would help...

I don't think finding out her name would be possible, but if you include the date time and which line you used (FP, vs. SB) they should be able to find her.

Yes, just write down the date, time and where you met her, they should be able to figure it out.

Might not hurt to provide them a description of what she looked like and wore to help them....... ; /

I'm sure it's against all sorts of privacy policies to give out the information.

But if you send an email and attach a photo, it will get where it needs to go. And the CM will no doubt greatly appreciate it. I did that once for the world's best Fairy Godmother.

All good suggestions to report a positive CM experience. Agree that there is no way to get the real name of a WDW character. WDW doesn't know if you're a stalker or not.

yep they will not give you her name. tell them you met Rapunzel at X date, X time in X park on such and such a day. They can find out who had that shift. Another thing to do is try and get the character handler's name from their tag and mention that their handler was Susie from Pittsburgh (or whatever the name was). but you would have had to do that while still there.
