I'm thinking of doing a mother/daughter trip for DD's Sweet 16. Are the ME buses easy to find at the airport? We usually drive down as a family. I know it's a big airport but fairly easy to get around. Any idea where the buses are usually located?

The Magical Express welcoming and bus boarding area is near one corner, on the B side of the rectangular main terminal building. It's on the lowest level (Level 1) at the end with low number gates (1-59) and away from the Hyatt Hotel.

When you take DME back to the airport, the buses drop you off on both the A and B sides (one after the other) near the middle of the main terminal building.

Easy way to remember is the bus is on the "B" side B for Bus.

I'm a preschool teacher so this is perfect for me :)

When you get off the tram, from your gate, you will head into the center of the terminal. If you look up, you will see, to the sides, big neon signs. One will say Side A, the other Side B. Go to the Side B sign. You are on level 3. DME is on level 1..ground transportation. Baggage claim is on level 2. So, go all the way down to level one, there are elevators, and head down to the DME area. It will be at the far end, with the driveway to your left, as you pass by car rental counters on your right.

Its Orlando, home to the lost tourist. If you are confused, ask anyone who works at the airport. I can pretty much assume everyone who works there is asked where the Disney buses are located more often than where is the closest bathroom.

When you get down to level 1, you have to walk way, way down to the end of the terminal. There are DME signs overhead, but we have escorted many a confused tourist who is convinced that because it's so far away, they must be lost. (We generally meet them on the elevator, and figure out that they are DME-bound and confused by the peeking out on Level 2 - "Is this the way to Disney?" It usually ends up being a matter of, "Just follow us, we do this a lot.")

Haha! You are probably right!

If you are arriving at a time when you have to take your luggage on with you (as we did with a flight landing after midnight), at the luggage carousel there will be porters. If you want to use them, they will lead you right to Magical Express. :)
