I thought since many people who got to Disney Parks are photographers, and some may misplace or get their camera stolen at the parks, here is a new website which may help you recover your camera. This site uses the serial number from your pictures to identify other pictures on the Web which have the same serial number.

It's a cool idea, but I just dropped a few of my photos there. I know a TON of photos from that camera (including the ones I dropped) are on the web. It found zero matches for any of them. So I'm not so confident it's going to work.

However, if you're desperate, it certainly wouldn't hurt to try!

Note, that it only works with camera's who put the serial number in the photos. I do not know what camera's do or don't do this.

A really good suggestion I found here on the boards was to always start your new camera card with a picture of a note that has your name and contact info on it.
