No, you need to go to the "Find your 2016 Dream Cruise Meet LINK here" thread. This thread is the 2014 links.

Once there, scroll down the list in the first post to see if your cruise has a thread started. If so, click on the link. Cruise Meet threads are where Fish Extender groups, as well as a bunch of other discussions, happen.
