Help me out here, I booked really early and I wrote down a room number and everything. Now, when I look at my reservation it says "balcony guaranteed" but no room number. I called Disney to find out my room number so I could post it on here, and they said I won't get one until the cruise!

I totally don't understand! Has anyone been in this situation before? Tips? Suggestions? Clarification?

GTY status means that you are guaranteed a particular class of room, but room assignment has not yet been made.
