Find banked points in reservations.

I hope I can explain this correctly. I know I have read on here before how to do it, but it has been long enough ago, I don't remember how.
I remember you go to a reservation and start to modify. You go further than I am comfortable with, and you might mess it up. But you don't confirm it. And it finally shows you if there are banked points in that reservations. Does anyone understand what I am referring to, I hope?
I am looking for those directions again.

If you want to see the points allocation or reallocate points, you have to modify the reservation. Don't make any changes (if you don't want any), but you do have to go all the way through to the confirmation to see the points allocation.

Alternatively, you could go through your transaction activity statement to figure it out, but that would be far more difficult and tedious.

I just attempted to modify a reservation that used banked points today. I’m not sure if this is new, but I didn’t have to go all the way through to the confirmation to see the banked points.

I started by modifying the dates of an existing reservation. When I got to the page where it showed the points available for the reservation (the page just before you make the final confirmation), it showed the points available for the reservation. It showed the number of points available in the current use year (both banked and current use year points), number of points that would expire at the end of the 2025 use year (the banked points), and the number of points available to borrow from the 2026 use year. I then backed out of the modification.

This particular reservation was made with a membership that had only one contract in the membership. There were no points in holding or borrowed points in the current use year. If there were holding points and/or borrowed points in the current use year that could have been used for the reservation, they would have been included in the number of points expiring at the end of the 2025 use year and I would have had to complete the reservation modification to see the breakdown of those points.
