Financing Question
We are thinking of financing direct from DVC. How strict are they on your credit rating/score? We have some bumps in our credit

Most have reported that Disney has been quite lenient in the credit approvals. After all, if one were to renege on payment, then they can simply freeze the account.

I have only heard of maybe one case in all the years that was declined. If credit is questionable then they may possibly ask for a higher downpayment, but they most likely will still approve.

As the the above posts have said DVC is pretty leniant. But keep in mind that if your bumps in your credit are still happening re-think DVC. DVC is a luxery item....so you not only are paying for the DVC nut but when your travel there you still have to purchase tickets, food, transportation, and on and on. So make sure you crunch the numbers and be sure that it can fit with in your budget. Good Luck with your possible purchase.....
