Financing for Self-Employed or Retired

Will Disney ask for additional documents for self-employed or retired? I was approved over the phone but noticed the paper application asks for verifiable income. My income is mainly from investments

Verifiable income would probably just mean the last year or two of income tax returns.

My husband and I are both self-employed and they just based the interest rate that we received on our credit. We didn't provide any documents.
