I just finally closed my contract at AKV

It took almost 2 months, but it was well worth the wait.

Timeline
I expressed interest in a listing- 9/11
Received contract -9/13
Contract sent to Disney for ROFR-9/19
Contract passed ROFR-9/30
Received closing documents-10/7
Escrow closed 11/5

I think it took longer because I filled out all of my financing papers after I passed ROFR, so it took longer to get the loan approved. Next time I know to request a loan sooner if financing is needed.

Now I all have to do is wait to be put in member services and get set up on the member website

Thanks everyone!

Now exactly what do I have to ask for when I call member services? My membership number? Anything else to gain access to the member site? I want to try and be prepared when I call Monday. Knowing with my luck, i'll blank and sound like a goober.
