Finally trying some new restaurants and skipping all Princess meals!

Well, I can tell my kiddos are growing up. We are only doing 5 character meals for breakfast: Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey, 'Ohana, 1900 Park Fare (b'fast), and Cape May Cafe for character meals in December. Usually we do all of those PLUS: LTT, CRT, PSB, Playhouse Disney, Garden Grill, 1900 PF dinner, and Tusker House Donald.

We are also trying a lot of NEW places this time: Sci Fi, Boma, HDDR, Coral Reef (for the CP package), Teppan Edo, Kona, Mama Melrose. I'm really excited NOT to be be the same places. Can't wait!

Prime Time at Disney Hollywood Studios is a lot of fun. Try to fit that one in if you haven't been there yet.

Another really good restaurant is Yak and Yeti at Animal Kingdom.

They have a counter service and a restaurant, we went to the restaurant (twice actually, ended up booking again as the first time was so good). The food was soooooo delicious.

I have a friend who just returned from WDW last week and I had said to them, try Yak and Yeti and it wasn't on their list and so when there they did go and they had such a good meal they ended up going a second time. When she got home she said that she was so glad I told her about that because they would not have gone there and it was so good the first time they had to go a second, she thinks also it was the best food they had througout their three weeks at WDW.

It isn't a character meal, but the food is really good. I have to say that it was probably the best meal we had a WDW during our 21 night stay (very close second was the filet with four cheese macaroni at Jiko).

We've done Prime Time every trip, so we're passing on that one. We have CS for AK one day, so we will now give Yak and Yeti a try! Are they on the Dining Plan?
