Finally... Single digits...

9 days and counting to POR!!! It feels like I have been planning this trip forever, and now it is finally here, I can't believe it.

Anyone else in single digits?

We'll be at the Dolphin in 9 days! I thought you were staying there as well. Did you have a change of plans?

We were suppose to stay at the Dolphin, BUT Disney was so kind to send me a postcard to stay at a moderate for $104 a night, so we went with the postcard rate and picked POR. At first I was disappointed about not staying at the Dolphin because I had my heart set on staying there, but now I am happy with my decision. The over $600 in savings softened DH's stand on going back this year, and now we have a quick jaunt scheduled for mid-Oct.

So although I won't see you at the Dolphin, maybe I'll see you somewhere in Disney!! Have a great trip!

I'm sure you'll have a great time at POR! And you can get a Mickey wake-up call--I haven't broken the news about that to DD yet. I figure I'll just call her on the cell phone and tell her "Time to wake up, pal! Big doin's today!"

Sweatpea- We just got back from the Dolphin - and I think you'll be fine with PO. The location was great, but it was just too much the "fancy hotel" for my bunch. Now if the moderates would get those beds!!!

Now I am down in the double digits and slowly making my way to the single digits..

That's the four of us dacing our feet off! We leave in 3 1/2 days! The suitcases are out and were watching weather.com and accuweather.com like hawks! We are determined to spend one day at Blizzard Beach this trip!
