I just saw your pics from before and after. I wanted to let you know how throughly impressed I am at the transformation I saw! You are a beautiful woman on the outside, as well as on the inside! I am so happy for you that you have been able to make such a great change in your life. You just plain glow in those pics and you have a beautiful smile! thanks for posting them Kamy. They helped me to see that all this effort I sometimes refer to as torture, is worth all the work!

TerriP~ I live in Brownstown, MI. It is about 29 miles north of Ohio, about 20 miles south of Detroit.

I am so glad I can inspire many of you! You do not know how much you have all inspired me.....I mean it...To think of all of you really keeps me going....because I know I have friends who are sending me pixie dust!

I am about 15lbs from my goal...depending on how I look and feel. Underneath my clothes I still have some of that "extra" that I want to get rid of! LOL!!!

I appreciate all the love and support I get from WISH!!!! If my pics help motivate any of you.....that is an added bonus! You guys are great!

Look at YOU!!! Can you say "it pays to exercise??" Looks like you're one rich gal on fitness- And like someone else says- you do look lots younger!! And that smile on your face looks very genuine and pleased with your hard work- these pictures mean the world to a lot of us- sometimes it's hard to visualize what we'll look at as we get closer to goal and these pics really show what a healthy glowformation goes on with hard work and effort.
