Finally got a postcard!!! But...

It is addressed to the previous owner of this house who hasn't lived here in 3 years! We're going for free dining in Sept., so I wouldn't use this code anyway, but I was wondering if in the future I get another postcard addressed to the previous owner, would I be able to book a discounted room with it? Or is it only for the family printed on the postcard?

What if previous owner wanted to use the code but it's not their correct address anymore, would they still be able to book with it?

I've never received a postcard or email code myself. I guess they saw we went 3 times last year and have another trip booked this year so we don't need the extra incentive?

Nope, I don't think you can use a card addressed to someone else.

I got one of them too. It was sent to my FIL's house (we had lived there at the time of our first trip) and it's in my maiden name. I was able to use it, because it is me.

Have faith, you still may get one!

I dont know, but I would certainly try. Just call and see if the code applies to just the named recipient or if "current resident" applies =)

We received the postcard for the $59 rate! BUT... it was addressed to my best friend's husband at MY address. We've had a good laugh, but I fear that we can't use it.

I am booked for December on a code that came to my house addressed to my best friend (we traveled together to Disney last time with all the reservations under my name and address and her name as a guest in one of the rooms). I posted on here how disappointed I was that I never get a PIN and the one time I do I can't use it. I was told to call and try and IT WORKED! I just explained that I had received this PIN and when they said "are you *friends name*" I said no, but I was told that since it came to my address I was still eligible to use it and they said THAT IS CORRECT.

So give it a try and I would be surprised if you couldn't use it too! Just don't offer more info than they ask for (like you don't have to explain it was addressed to the previous owner)! Good luck!
