Friday night when i was at walmart i walked over to the Mcdonalds to see if they where hiring the guy working there said they where and gave me an app.
I asked when the hiring manager would be there and the guy looked and said tomorrow.

Went in today i had to wait a few minutes for her to get there.
The employe had me sit in the restraunt.
The manager sat and looked at my paper i told her i turned 18 in a few days and have experance as a prop manager.

She called a someone on her sell phone and told them "I have a Sierra *lastname* here i am sending to you she is a sweet person with open availablity be good working at the front"
The interveiw is at another store that i am hoping the interveiw is for the location i applied at though. (do you think it is?)
I can't wait its tuesday at four.

Just be yourself and you'll be fine! Looks like the manager you have already met can see that.

Best wishes for Tuesday!

Here is a really simple tip. At the end of the interview thank them, say that you want the job and tell them why you would be a good hire for them. You would be surprised at how few interviewees say they want the job. It's always assumed that you want the job, after all you did apply, but most hiring managers are looking for desire and excitement. Saying that you want the job explicitly will make you stand out.

Although I've never worked at a McDonalds my guess is that the key things they are looking for are responsibility, stability, trustworthiness, friendliness and being well-spoken. Think about the things you've done that show you have these characteristics. Having some anecdotes ready to share will again make you standout as someone who is interested enough in the job to do some preparation.

Good luck.

When I have a job interview I always look into the background of the company a little. McDonalds is pretty easy as it's such a huge company. Point out parts of the company you like and why they would be exciting to work for. On the UK job website it has 'Seven Reasons to Join McDonald's' stating things like the need for positivity, good training programmes, worldwide presence etc. In the UK it is ranked at one of the top 25 companies to work for (check the US stats about that one).

Focus also on your flexibility and good work ethic. Most companies ask for your 'weaknesses' on an interview too. This one is a tough question, but try and be honest but pick one that isn't too unflattering. I usually mention my attention to detail can blind me to the bigger picture, but it is something I'm working on. Bring it back to positive!

I really hope it works out, these jobs really do set you up for the future. The good reference from my job at 16 (stacking shelves in a supermarket) let me get into my next job, which set me on my current career path.

Best of luck!

Thanks guys next few hours will go by so slow.

Mcdonalds went good.
I got a call from windixie and went in an hour after i called them back.
They sent me to do the drug test.
I brought the paper saying i did the test back to the manager.
She made a copy of my id and social sec card.
