Finally got A&E for 3, but made a mess of everything else!

By some stroke of luck, I found A&E availability this morning, but in my excitement I really screwed up the rest of my FP selections. First I saw (1) on Sat, 9/27 so I grabbed it for myself, releasing the rest of my selections and having to re-select all three. Then I quickly went back to try for (3) for my husband and two girls, saw them and grabbed them, only to realize afterwards that I was on the wrong day, and got theirs for Wed, 9/24, and also released their original 7DMT and Peter Pan times. Tried to go back in and change it around but had no luck. Called Disney, and was able to make a few changes, but most of them are now "permanent" fast passes, so they cannot be modified in anyway. Still could not get A&E for myself that day. CM on the call suggested that I just talk to the Cast Member when we got there to see if they could help me out to go in with the others. Has that worked for anyone else?

I did the same thing yesterday! I got 2 FP but then it cancelled everything else. I was able to copy 1 more but then it made it worse-spent over an hour trying to get all the FP in our family to match up somehow. Ugh-what we all do for FP to see Anna and Elsa-lol

I hope the CM At the entrance to A&E has the initiative to allow you in, it would seem a bit obvious that your story about the difference is true and to be honest, if you were in front of me in the line I wouldn't object, I'd probably tell the CM to be a star and let you in too . Yep. It works everywhere but where you need it most.

Can anyone tell me if my husband and I switched bands for that experience, would that work? He really has less interest, and feels weird about going in with them without me.

Yes that is fine (if your husband has an A&E FP you can just use his band for that).
