finally decided on a stroller

Well I was at Babies R Us, and they had a lot of strollers clearanced. I was looking at the Chicco, but decided on the Pliko P3 MT Stroller-Mint. It had a smoother ride to itm and the canopy covered better. I have a very fair child, and the Chicco barely covered her. My 3 1/2 yr old loved riding on the step. We are going to see how that goes for Disney this February. My oldest didn't even ride in a stroller last September. I don't know what we are going to do when it comes to next September. I'll have a 28 1/2 month old and a 3 month old. I don't trust the middle one next to the baby at Disney. So I think we are going to take to single strollers.

Just wondering if the P3 was also clearanced and for how much?

Our youngest DD has been to WDW twice already and she is only 18 months old. Both trips, we used a P3 for her. At 3 months we brought our Black Sable P3 and at 15 months she was in our Metallica P3. LOL Yes, I have too many (8) strollers!! I love that mint color and would love a brand new P3. Our 2 P3 were bought slightly used.

Both trips, the P3 was easy enough to use for DD. I love that the shade can come all the way down in the front and it was easy to fold and carry onto the busses. Our oldest DD is much too big to use the back step so we have never tried that out but I'm sure it would be handy if she was smaller.

That thing is neat. I wonder if it would fit on my Phil & Ted stroller. The shade on it doesn't provide a lot of cover. I'll have to check it out! THanks!

I got the stroller clearanced, it said $319. on it, went and checked out and it rang up for $309. We had a coupon for %15 off, but found a coupon for %15 off of clearanced strollers. They had a peg infant seat clearanced too, it doesn't matched the green but it would work for the new baby. I tried the stroller out today and love it. I have small kiidos though. My DD will turn 4 in March and only weighs 27lbs. She loved riding on the back step. I think for our trip in September, I'm going to go with a Mac for the (what will be a 2 1/2 yr old) and use the peg for the baby.

I was surprise how many were clearanced. Oh! We also had a $5 off and a $10 off that they combined I got the stroller for $250. They had some other colors of the P3 clearanced too. If you don't have a coupon, PM me, I might be able to help. If your interested.

I just bought a MacLaren Volo in Carbon 2007 for $50 at BRU for our trip to WDW next month. I have a 2 year old and a 5 year old, so I wanted one that would last to 55 lbs. and wouldn't cost me a fortune. So, great deals are to be had at BRU during stroller clearance.

the Pliko was very nice. We did the same as you and I really liked the pliko, but it was almost as bulky as the stroller we already have so we went with a few less features and chose the aria. love it!! we took it to the mall the other day and tried it out in all the stores that we used to hate to go into because the stroller wouldnt' fit (gymboree being one of them--ugghh!) And this one actually maneuvered around those racks beautifully! We're so glad we got it.

I have had a Pliko P3 since my DD was 6 months old and she's now 2.5. I love every single thing about that stroller except I wish the basket was slightly bigger. I think it's been updated since we bought ours in 2005, so maybe your basket will be bigger.

We have a Rayshade as well and while we did use it on the Peg P3 when DD was 3 months old...we didn't need it on the P3 on the trip when she was 15 months old. The P3 shade is really great at having good coverage. But, the Rayshade is a great addition to a stroller as most don't protect enough from the sun.
