After three months:scared1: of making reservations, changing times, cancelling, and re-booking, I think I have a workable schedule for our June trip. We're staying at the Dolphin, so no DDP, but we will still eat most of our lunches and dinners on property. Breakfasts (except for departure day) will be light snacks or "grab & go type foods.

I'm still struggling with reservations for our Epcot day. Which option do you think is better?

Option 1 -- Lunch at Chefs de France at 12:00, dinner at Rose & Crown at 6:25.
Option 2 -- Lunch at Rose & Crown at 12:00, dinner at Captain's Grill at the Yacht Club at 6:20.

Thanks for your help!

I would vote for;

Option 3 -- Lunch at Chefs de France at 12:00, dinner at Captain's Grill at the Yacht Club at 6:20.

I have never liked the food at
Rose & Crown which is funny since I love the fish and chips outside of there.
