Finally bought a Golf Cart!

I agree- it's not their property so they don't care. We love our GC too & put alot of time & $$$ into it- just forbidding personal carts will not stop the problem... punish the people are ARE abusing the rules so the ones who do follow the rules can continue to have fun.

i for one, have spent much time and money into our cart and i don't break rules because i don't want to pay to fix it, plus my cart doesn't get out of its own way!

I agree. Most of us who put the time and money into our carts don't plan on being so reckless with em'.

I hope this doesn't happen. We just got our cart about 3 months ago and was just talking about renting a cabin and just hanging out at the Fort for a few days....

I don't have a cart yet. But I am certainly looking for a deal on one. Which is prob dumb since I will only use it once a year at the fort.

But in my opinion there are too many how do I say this ? Well off people in million dollar campers that bring their multi thousand dollar carts just to ride around the fort in. I am sure they will pitch a big fit if Disney tries to ban their carts. I think Disney will be better served to enforce the rules on the few bad apples that break them. They really don't want to punish the whole fort family it will come back to bite them financially.
