our flights. I didnt get them for as cheap as I would have hoped but I was afraid to wait longers especially with gas prices the way they are.

Should be booking this evening

Going to try JetBlue

We have our flights booked. Now onto the resorts. I dind't wnat to wait either. Everyone ont he transportation board said SW will be higher and they are definitely higher than usual for spring/summer. We locke dinto AirTran as soon as flights came up at the right price. Dh had said we could always drive but who knows what gas will cost in the fall?

I booked my November trip about a month ago, but I haven't booked my flight yet. The airport I fly out of only used NWA, and right now their flights are a little too expensive for me (more than $100 more than what I paid last November). The prices have even gone up a bit since I started looking for flights a month ago. I'm not sure if I should wait a bit longer and see if the prices go down... or will they only get worse? I don't know what to do.

has anyone tried the forecast fare website? apparently you enter your info and it tells you if you should book now or wait. we have to book soon too.

i did and it said to wait but I booked the night before and flights were a little cheaper

So like I said a few posts up, I've been checking flight prices for the last month, waiting for the prices to go down, and they don't seem to be...only going up.

I just booked my November flight to MCO through NWA. I'm paying $120 more for my ticket for this November than I did last November! :scared1: I was scared to wait much longer.

We booked through SW and it is higher that last year but not crazy. Also if you keep an eye on the prices at SW and your booked flight price goes down and you call you can the difference in SW credit. Not a lot of other carriers do that. So we booked last week for 2 return from Buffalo for $482.30. And I will keep my eyes open to see if it goes down.
