FINALLY!! Any tips?

My husband and I were just in Disney and we have talked and talked and talked over and over and over again about possibly joining DVC.

And we finally decided to do it! WE are THRILLED, okay I am thrilled!

Just curious if anyone has any tips or suggestions for us new members. ANYTHING!


We love Disney (okay again it may just be me), but I get him to tag along.

I look forward to hanging around on a new board too and getting to know some other DVC members.

Tips? How about ...
Buy resale? Choose your home resort and Use Year carefully? Understand banking/borrowing, rule of 4, cancellation policies, etc - before you buy. Study here for a few months before making the leap.

congrats! concur with understanding the rules--there are only a few--but borrowing/banking/canceling dates are important. DVC is a very flexible system.
