Finally, a wedding planner!!!!!!

Hey everyone!

Okay so finally after a lot of fighting (that is a whole other post) but we finally have everything figured out.

This week we were assigned Michelle Wenzler as our planner! Can anyone tell me about her? My curiosity is killing me! I am sure she is wonderful as that is Disney's expectation, but I want details and first person experiences.

Thank you, I can't wait to read what others have to say.

Yeah she's lovely, great to deal with! A few brides have her at the moment, and she's very helpful and gets back to you usually within the day.

We had our phone planning session a couple of weeks ago, and I had my first BEO within the week.

I have her too and I'm so glad. She's been wonderful at answering the questions I have at this point and she always responds within a day or two. I have not spoken to her on the phone yet but we are going down in 6 weeks for our planning session and I cannot wait to meet her. I've read awesome reviews on this board and I have no doubts that she will help me plan the best day possible.

Michelle was my planner when we did our 20th anniversary VR and she was fantastic - everything was perfect!

Michelle was my planer too for our VR in Nov.!!! She is fantastic to work with! She gets back to you quickly and has a great warm, friendly personality!

Congratuations to everyone on getting their planners but I have to ask how long from the time you signed your contract did it take to get a planner? We signed at the beginning of the month and still nothing. We are 3 months from our date and I have heard nothing from Disney I am in a panic!!!

Michelle was our planner and she was AMAZING!!!!!! Anyone who has Michelle as a planner is in great hands!

She was so helpful when we were planning, offered wonderful ideas and always got back to us quickly (by email or phone). We had a great planning session and really enjoyed working with her. During our planning session, one of the other planners had a couple there for their planning session and she kept popping into our room to ask Michelle for advice. It made us very happy to know other planners asked our planner for advice!

I was impressed before we arrived for our wedding but she was even better once we got to Florida and my nerves really kicked in... Michelle as so quick to respond to my concerns and she had great solutions for all the problems that I thought we had, even last minute ones!

Our guests even commented on how great our planner was because she was so kind and so helpful on our wedding day! I definitely feel she is a big part of what made our day so special and so magical.
