Its just two adults, no kids.

Should I just leave it alone or do you see any glaring issues?

I don't see any problems assuming you don't care to make it to Rope Drop on the days you have breakfast scheduled. I also think your lunches are scheduled a bit late in the day, but your dinners are late as well, so maybe that's why.

I probably wouldn't want to spend so much time in restaurants outside the parks on the days I have parks planned (your Magic Kingdom days in particular) but if you don't mind, then go for it.

It looks good to me. I wouldn't put in 1900, but that's just me. I know it says tentative next to LTT, I would keep it and maybe just get dessert (OOEY GOOEY TOFFEE CAKE).

Go ahead and book the breakfast. Better to have the ressie and not want it (don't forget to cancel in that case!) than want it and see it all booked up.
