Final Tipping Question

We're leaving in an hour or so. If bell service takes our luggage and stores it, since we plan to arrive around noon, and then after we get our room keys, moves the luggage to our room, when do we tip? When they help unload us or when the luggage finally gets to the room. I guess it's based on whether they share tips.
