As of this morning I am at 495/1000. Why didn't I do the extra 5 minutes?
 

I got 60 today and hope to update tomorrow or Sunday.

Have a great workout weekend! Turkey day is NEXT week AHHHHH!!! I definitely need to get the excercise in to offset the eating. :)
 
I made it half way!!!! 545/1000.

Everyone keep up the good work. It only gets tougher the closer we get to the hoidays.

I've gotten the times updated AND updated the groups time. As a group we have worked out for 234 hours!! WOWZERS!!!! :grouphug: :grouphug:

Congratulations to TigerCheer for making her goal and going over it already!! Now how far over can you go?

I got in 210 minutes today 60 min watp and 150 minutes of DDR.

We are all doing such a good job!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cheer2:
 
Please add 148 minutes for me today. Did an 11 mile walk. :)

WTG everyone I got in 240 minutes today. Whooo I might make my goal afterall!!
 
Trying to get caught up on my posts.... add 60 min. of power~walking for me for the 18th, 19th, 20th and today!!! :banana: :banana:

That puts me at 930/1500 and a total of 11 lbs. lost forever!!!! :cool1:
 
Right now I'm at 350/840. I had an injury to my calf over a week ago and have not been able to push too much exercise. I got 30 minutes in yesterday because we walked to get some lunch while our dd's car was being worked on. I still have a few days left in the month and plan on getting some workouts in during the weekend since we're staying at a place that we can workout!!!!!
