I just came back from the gym for 60 min. of treadmill/weights.
My total is 225.

I did 60 minutes jogging yesterday, so that makes it 225/600 for me thanks!
 

I am going out of town for the weekend, so I will update today, if we don't get back in time.

After a 15 mile trail ride on the bikes on Tues, and walking yesterday I am now at 575/2000.

I got 60 minutes in 30 minutes this morning and 30 at lunch.
 
I am at 220/1000. Thank heaven I am feeling better and getting back on track.
 
I did 50 minutes the other morning

today - got in an 8 mile walk and 10 minutes of stretching! - Woohoo ~ that will help the minute total!!!

off to shower and moving on with my day - holiday from work for me (THANK YOU TO ALL THE VETERANS - who have served our country!)

Did 30 minutes of walking today. Also spent 1 1/2 hours painting the bathroom. I am proud that tonight although I wanted to just have one piece of the pepperoni pizza my husband had for dinner, I went for pretzels.

155/1000...our trip is getting so close, I hope to kick it into gear soon.

Did my training for the 1/2 this morning -- 120 minutes total with stretching, walking 7.2 miles, then cool down. Brings me to 535/1000! So excited to pass the halfway mark a little early this month! :cool1: :Pinkbounc :bounce:
 
I'm back for my weekly check-in. I exercised 6 days this week for a total of 346 minutes. My overall total is 607/1100.

BTW, to whomever designed this month's clippie, I LOVE it!! I smile everytime I see it in someone's signature. Pooh is one of my favorite characters; he's just so happy and cuddly.
 
I am happy to report in that I did my long walk for the 1/2 training today (6 miles). Adding my time this week, I am now at 340/1000.
 
Please add a paltry 20 minutes too my total for today.

Hi everyone!

So far this month I have 387/960.
Went to the gym 4 times this week and did a walking video another day. I haven't seen the scale budge though from last week. Today I wanted and had a mint brownie. After all that hard work! Friday was also my junk food day. But....I didn't eat as much as i ususally would have with all of the exercise I have been doing!
