We sent our closing documents back today. How long does it usually take to close now? It is for a Vero Beach contract does anyone have link so I can check on when it is recorded?

It all depends how soon the seller gets their documents in. You'll close within one to three days after all docs are in.

erionm, thank you so much! I sent closing docs back for Vero Beach on August 15th and have been waiting patiently (not really!) to find out when I record. So instead of bugging my broker, I can wear out my computer! :cool1:

OK I must not be the brightest bulb. ;) Can someone tell me exactly what I should be looking for and how?

I did a search by name and nothing is showing up. Am I missing something? Doing something wrong? Or just need to wait longer?

DVCJen, we closed on 8/25 on a Vero Beach contract and recorded yesterday. My broker explained Vero Beach can take a little longer because it's in another county and they require hard copies to record - no faxes or email copies. BUT WE'RE FINALLY DONE!! :dance3: Now I just have to wait on Disney for the packet, the #, and points being loaded (sigh) :rolleyes1.

You're next!!!!
