Please note the following updates regarding Disney Cruise Line final payments and cancellation confirmations:
New 2nd Final Payment Reminder
Currently, a final payment reminder is generated 30 days prior to final payment date. Moving forward, Disney Cruise Line will generate a 2nd reminder 7 days prior to the final payment date.
Suites and Concierge Final Payment Update
Effective Dec. 1, 2015, the final payment date for new Suite and Concierge Stateroom bookings will change to 120 days prior to arrival for cruises 1-5 nights and cruises 6-9 nights where embark or debark is a U.S. port. For cruises 10 nights or more and cruises less than 10 nights where embark and debark is a non-US port, the final payment will remain at 150 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Confirmations
Cancellation confirmations are currently generated manually upon request. Moving forward,Disney Cruise Line will automatically send a cancellation confirmation to notify you when your Client’s booking cancels.
