Final payment date

when are final payments due? Have you had any luck getting a great fare after final payments are due. Looking at a short cruise on Majesty end of April. Trying to decide if we should book now or wait.

Final payment of the balance must be received at least 60 days prior to the sailing date for 3-5 night sailings and 75 days prior to the sailing date for 7+ night sailings. I always book in advance so I cannot answer the question about getting a deal after final payment.

We booked ours inside the final payment date for an end of April sailing on Majesty. I was pretty happy with the cost, but it wasn't an eye-popping deal, lol. FWIW, I've been watching the prices since I booked, and they haven't fluctuated much - not more than $75 either way on our booking for 4 people ...
