We thought we would finish off the studios today. Got a fasspass for R'N'RC and then did Armegeddon but did not enjoy as much as the first time. When this finished just had time to hop over to Moteurs...Action! which I still really enjoyed for a second time. We missed this at MGM and would probably try it there for a third time as it is a bit confusing in two languages.
Left the stunt show and headed over to Rock 'n' roller coaster to use our fasspass. We left the park to do our final shopping. Bought a few pins for Kirsty and for my friend's son. Had a snack lunch at New York Style Sanwiches which was very nice.
Spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing and got ready for our evening meal at the Hunter's Grill. Hunter is our surname so we just had to do this one!!
Mark had the meat and I had the veggie meal as the options on this menu looked better. Really enjoyed this meal but Mark thought they skimped a bit on the meat and was disappointed as he thought this would be like Whispering Cannyon at Wilderness Lodge at WDW and was not.
We left early in the morning to drive back to Calais.
When we got to the toll road disaster struck. Just as I went to take my ticket it blew out of my hand. I banged the Jag's door on the kerb trying to grab after it and Mark was not amused!! I got out but could not find the ticket. A large queue behind us started to grow. For what seemed like ages I was looking for the ticket and pressing the buttons on the ticket machine. Finally another ticket came out and I felt so releived!!!
Got to Calais in good time. We bought 6 crates of Becks and six bottles of wine and some french bread and cheese. We caught an earlier ferry and stocked up on our spirits buying a further two bottle of vodka, two bottles of Baileys, two bottles of Brandy, another six bottles of wine and a bottle of Bicardi. We now have all our booze for Christmas.
Got back home to London and had a nice french evening meal of french bread, cheese and wine to remind us of our lovely holiday.
