Final design posted post 16 - Shadowbox

This is the unframed layout that I'm shuffling around. The background is the cowboy scarf my husband had from childhood. I couldn't find his old sheriff's badge nor a substitute. I dunno if I like any of these. What would YOU do it it?

What treasures to have! The picture is absolutely adorable - and maybe you can play up his cowboy boots? They are awesome and I'm sure your DH loved them!

I like the middle one with the tag that says "I am the Law". How about a die cut of a cowboy hat or a pair of boots... something in a brown or tan to balance that tag?

I will search around here.... I KNOW we had a few sherriff badges from some goodie bags. If I can't find it and you still want one, you could order a quantity from Oriental Trading and hand the extras out for Halloween. ...............P

ok, I've got a boots sticker, and there are boots on that western cart. You're right, it's really all about the boots in that photo. Let me see what I can do. Thanks gang!

Linda, the photos are great! My vote would be to put the record on the lower right (balances the title bar), the boots angled a bit on the lower left corner of the photo mat, and the "I am the law" thingie slightly under/behind the right end of the Lil' Buckaroo title bar... The Happy Trails oval could go in that blank red spot in the upper right above the twisty rope and below the cowboys -

Cowboy up! Hope DH loves this - it is terrific!
