Final bill

Does the bill you get in the room the last night have the total cruise bill or just the on board charges?

Need an answer to this question please, this trip in an anniversary present to my wife and I would rather her not know the cost so this is why I need to know if I need to be on the watch for the bill they send on the last night of he cruise to settle your accounts. Thanks for your help.
