Final Bill

When did you get a final bill from Disney? We had several BOC bars and 1/2 of our guests had park tickets for the DP. I mean if everything came out even, that's great and fine, but I think it's just weird we haven't seen anything.... It's been almost 3 months now and 2 emails to my planner have gone un-answered. I presume this means we don't owe money, but I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem, or if this was normal?

We got our invoice less than a month after the wedding. I think we got some money back on that. I'd try calling your planner, you should have that by now.

Just out of curiosity, how long do you have to pay the final bill once you receive it? That's basically for any last-minute add ons and the BOC bars?

I would make sure to get in touch with someone even a different person at DFTW if you can't get your planner to confirm you owe nothing. I got mine within a month after my wedding. I am surprised you have gotten nothing from them. We got money back, but I would had paid it ASAP so it was done. I am not sure the grace period to pay back. Ours was mainly the BOC for the bar. We ended up paying less for the bar then we originally thought we would, so they gave us that money back. Hopefully you don't owe anything!

It's written in the contract that any changes made on the day of the wedding or any item not previously invoiced must be paid for within 30 days of the receipt of the invoice.

I don't think she got the invoice yet... so I suggest you do as ColeV said and call the planner directly.

Thanks all, apparently it was send to my DH's old email address, so that's we never received it. Fortunately we didn't owe any money!
