FINAL ADR SELECTION! - Unless there are suggestions... lol

So here are my plans for my Deluxe ADRs, thanks to all of the help from people on these boards, and NONE of the help from my DH...

Arrival Day:
Dinner - Yachtsman Steakhouse (2 credits)

Epcot Day:
DTD in the am - Wolfgang Puck Express (late bkfst / early lunch) (1 credit)
Snacking at the F&W festival - YUM!
Dinner - Rose and Crown for Illuminations! (1 credit)

DHS Day:
Early Lunch - Sci-Fi Dine-In (1 credit)
Dinner - Flying Fish Cafe (2 credits)

MK Day:
Breakfast - Maya Grill (1 credit)
Lunch - Columbia Harbor House (1 credit)
Late Dinner - Narcoossee's (2 credits)

AK Day:
Breakfast - Boma (1 credit)
Early Dinner - Jiko (2 credits)

Departure Day:
Breakfast - Maya Grill or 1900 PF (if time allows) (1 credit)

5 nights x 3 credits per night = 15 credits! I've used them all!

Any suggestions/opinions on these ADRs? Do you think they're all plausible while still allotting decent park time?

How are you getting around? Disney transport?

Yes, we'll be using the bus system, monorail when necessary, and most likely a cab in the morning to get to Boma, and possibly other times as well, if the transportation looks a bit iffy.
