Film/Digital Print Developing

As much as I hate to pay the prices, I need to find a place to have some prints made from my digital camera when I am at WDW this December. I am staying at AKL and will visit all the parks and Downtown Disney - it has to be somewhere on property; I won't have a car. Does anyone have a recommendation for a place to get these prints made? I'll have them written to CD before I get to the shop.

Also, any idea just how much this will cost me?

Do you have access to a laptop or computer with internet access?

If you do then you can upload to sites like snapfish, ofoto etc and they can print pictures for you.

Or maybe you could go to the business centers at the other resorts ( if they let u use it)

Yes, I will have internet access. My problem is this... I want to take a Christmas picture at Disney World, print out a few dozen copies, insert them in my already-addresses and stamped Christmas Cards and mail them from WDW. Its all timing, as I will not be home until 24DEC. I was hoping to find a place on the property that could do this...

I haven't tried any on-site Disney developers but wanted to share this. Have you ever tried Ofoto.com? I've always been really pleased with them and I am not generally satisfied with the 1 hour places. This won't be any cheaper but the quality may be better. They do 5 x 7 photo cards with custom message inside and they will send them out for you. Its 2.99 each up to 9 copies, 2.49 up to 20 copies and 1.79 for 20-50. They also do just 5 x 7 photo greetings starting at $1 each but I don't think they can send those out for you.

You can have your address book all set up in Ofoto and ready to go after you take the photo. And just for anyone else who might be interested-they will address and stamp the envelopes for you and still send you the entire box so you can add a personal note before you mail them. I think I'm going to have to try them this year!

Have you considered sending New Years cards instead of Christmas cards?

When I stayed at Coranado Springs Resort a few years back I visited their business center which offer a wide variety of services. I'd give them a call and see if they can help. Good Luck!

If you don't mind paying Disney prices, all the resort shops will make prints from digital media.

You can also take them into the Kodak lab at Epcot, in the Imagination pavillion.
