Filling out docs questions

I am filling out our docs for the 7/24 eastern cruise and have some (probably very silly) questions about the Bahamas immigration form-

1. What is this for since we are not going to the Bahamas? I ask this because if it has something to do with the Magic being registered in the Bahamas, then I am assuming that my answers to the other questions (below) will have to do with the ship.

2. For example, "arriving by", "city where you boarded this plane,boat", "hotel name or intended address" , "intended stay", What do I put?

You are going to the Bahamas, you just don't realize it yet

Castaway Cay is considered in the Bahamas, so see you are going to the Bahamas!!!

Arrived by Ship, boarded in Port Canaveral (just squeeze it in the space), dont remember what we put for the intended stay, I think zero...

The ship is registered in the Bahamas, but remember that Castaway Cay is also part of the Bahamas, so you are going there.
