Is there a chart or formula available somewhere or am I just supposed to sit down with a calendar and count it out?

Just looking for a shortcut here! ;)

Believe it or not, someone has actually posted an online calculator for this, just click on this link and when you get to the site put your date you are going (month/day/year)at the top and hit "calc" and it will figure your 180 day ADR date for you so you know when you can call:

Hope this helps! :thumbsup2

I really don't know how they calculate the ADR's, I thought I had to wait until today to book 10/21... but then when I asked, I was able to book ADR's all the way through the 27th... so I have no idea LOL...

If you are staying at a WDW resort, it is 180 days + the number of days of your stay with a maximum of 10 days. Thus, at 180 days from your check in date you can book ADRs for your entire stay unless your stay is more than 10 days. A 10 day stay gives you a 190 day window, a 5 day stay gives you a 185 day window.

If you are not at a WDW resort, it is 180 days.

I like using THIS report to get the exact dates for each ADR especially if one of my ADRs will be CRT.
