Figurine paint touch up

Hi there recently I ventured into some foreign territory Disney figurines I recently picked up this set for 5 bucks at a local flea market (I found the exact set on EBAY auction # 2204160343 for a refrence picture) and this set I have has seen better days I would like to fix 'em up a little bit with some paint touch up so any advice on where to start would be appreciated.

Cute set! Your best bet may be to go to your local ceramics shop and see what their advice is in terms of type of paints etc.
